SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I won't be home to accept my delivery, please. What ought I to do?

Any orders over $500 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery.

 

Members of UPS My ChoiceTM can sign for qualifying packages online prior to a delivery date. Or, if you'd rather, you can send the package somewhere else so that someone else can sign for you.

How can I edit my shipping address?

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed after payment and availability confirmation. In-stock orders should be delivered by IND within one business day. Purchases made on Friday might not arrive until Monday. It's possible that express orders won't ship until the next business day. Processing delays may go beyond two business days during busy times. As soon as a label is generated, you will get an email with tracking information for your shipment. Please be aware that tracking numbers may occasionally be generated a day or more before planned shipping.

Delivery estimates for goods that have been custom painted are not guaranteed.


Depending on the customer's preferences, all products will be shipped. If size or weight make delivery impossible, IND reserves the right to change it; in that case, a motor goods carrier will be used.

Do you allow me to mix orders?

Orders cannot be combined. Combining several orders into one shipment may result in problems with exchanges and/or returns in the future.

 

 

Why does my tracking number indicate that LUXEMOTO has received my order back?

Rerouted items might have a variety of causes, including delivery delays with the carrier and order mistakes. For help, send an email to [email protected].

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

When you add taxes to your order total, your county will calculate them depending on the items you ordered, the location of your shipment, and the cost of your transaction.

 

Any import or international transaction fees cannot be reimbursed by LUXEMOTO. For further details, go visit the webpage for your region's customs. The Sales Tax that your nation applies to purchases made in the United States and the Duties that your country charges for processing are included in this fee, which is decided by your local customs authority.

 

The shipping charge does not include international customs duties because different foreign nations have different trade arrangements. Because of this, the customer is entirely responsible for paying any brokerage fees in addition to all applicable customs and taxes on the importation of any LUXEMOTO items.

ORDER

How can I revoke my purchase?

You might be able to cancel your order depending on your current situation. Both custom painted items and orders that have been prepared for shipping cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. To cancel an order, send an email to [email protected].

 

My order was cancelled; why?

Several factors can cause an order to be cancelled. One explanation is that we were unable to confirm the provided payment information. In these situations, we encourage you to retry your order using a secure, different payment method. If any item (or goods) in your purchase becomes unavailable before we can get ready to ship it, we have the right to cancel your order. Any cancelled orders will result in a complete refund to your original method of payment, which includes the item(s) and original shipping charges. How can I modify an order that I've already placed?

Send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible for assistance if your order has not yet shipped.

My package is missing, stolen, or lost.

Please contact [email protected]  within 14 days of your delivery date if a package is missing. Please be aware that store credit, which includes the original shipping charge, will be granted for lost or stolen products.

What should I do if one of the items in my order is missing?

We regret that your order is missing one of the items. We advise you to see if your shipment has a "Partial Shipment" label before contacting our support staff. This label indicates that we have chosen to send in-stock items so as to avoid delaying your complete order due to a few missing items. To determine if we have given you an email about this, check all of your emails, including junk and spam. Within 14 days of your order being delivered, if there is an item missing, kindly let us know. We will try our best to assist you.

 

PAYMENT

Only the following are acceptable payment methods:

Prepaid money, a wire transfer, a credit card (VISA, M/C, AMEX, Discover), and more.

All listed costs are in US dollars and are FOB Lake Zurich, Illinois. Prices could change at any time without warning. Any pricing changes will be disclosed to you at the time of order.

Does LUXEMOTO provide price modifications?

If an item is marked down at a later time, LUXEMOTO does not make price adjustments on previous transactions. We could encounter a high volume of orders during online promotions and specials, which could lead to an order cancellation owing to insufficient or delayed inventory. If this happens with your order, we apologise for any inconvenience. If this occurs, you will be notified right away by email. Our company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on inaccurate pricing or product descriptions at any time.

Is it possible to buy gift cards from LUXEMOTO?

PAINTED PARTS

My paint-matched items don't match my car perfectly.

Contrary to most body shops, LUXEMOTO has developed special blends over the years to achieve a more accurate colour match based on our expertise with client automobiles. LUXEMOTO's painted parts won't be able to exactly match some ageing paint work that has been exposed to the outdoors over the years, even with this level of care and investment. Additionally, for vehicles that have been repainted, we cannot guarantee exact matching. As our bespoke paint combinations won't always match paint work from other shops, please check vehicle records to see if any paint work has been done on the automobile.

 

Will paint-matched items still function on my car even though it has clear bra or PPF (paint protection film) installed?

When installing LUXEMOTO painted parts, there will be a slight discolouration between the newly painted item and regions of the vehicle protected by film, adding the amount of protection that many automotive enthusiasts demand. To get a more coherent fit, we advise having film put on the painted components.

Can I return a product that was custom painted?

Unfortunately, unless they have manufacturer's flaws, custom painted items cannot be returned.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

How can I tell if a product is readily available?

The presence of items in stock is not guaranteed by LUXEMOTO. We will email you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock. Sold-out items might not be refilled, depending on the availability of the vendor.

Why are certain products marked as in-stock or available for pre-order when others aren't?

Not all product listings have access to live inventory. The absence of a live inventory status tag on a product listing does not necessarily imply that the item is out of stock; rather, it simply indicates that the item is not currently being tracked live on our website.

Why does Google Shopping indicate that an item is in stock while, after placing an order, I am told that it is not?

Although we make every effort to keep a large amount of inventory on hand, many of our products are created to order and the vast majority of them do not use real-time inventory tracking. As a result, we have no control over the stock status marking used by Google.

EMISSIONS NOTICE

Neither LUXEMOTO nor any of its dealers guarantee that the items adhere to any jurisdiction’s air and/or noise emissions legislation or labelling regulations. The purchasers are completely responsible for being aware of and abiding by any applicable legislation where the products are to be used.

Individual rules from different U.S. states and the federal government control the use of aftermarket exhaust systems and parts, particularly when those parts change, take out, or substitute original equipment catalysts. Before installing any aftermarket part or system on your car, please check the local laws in your area to make sure it complies with all regulations. No representation is made that any parts or systems sold by LUXEMOTO or any of their resellers conform with any such laws.

Californian Warning

Unless the California Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order regarding such part or system, or unless the part or system is exempt by being used only on racing vehicles on closed courses, California laws prohibit the use of any aftermarket exhaust part or system that modifies, removes, or replaces original equipment catalysts. Neither LUXEMOTO nor any of its dealers make any claims regarding the existence of such an Executive Order or the compliance of their parts and systems with the exclusion for racing vehicles. The customers are fully responsible for becoming aware of and abiding by any applicable California laws.
